"I am in the customer service business and have been for more than 15 years. I stopped at AutoFX more than 10yrs ago through a friends referral to pick up an item for my Nissan Pathfinder. Hands down, I had one of the best customer service experiences. This year I stopped at the shop twice to get accessories for my new Toyota 4Runner. Andy, the owner, took his time to advice me on the pros and cons of the products I wanted installed, he navigated the internet with me so that I had a clear picture of how the items would look on the vehicle, he compared the costs and he gave me the best deal possible. Andy doesn't wear a uniform or a suit. His tie dye t-shirt and shorts work just fine for me as I've seen some very bad customer service delivered in a thousand dollar suit. I am confident that If I ever had a disagreement with Andy or if I do not like something I paid him to do, Andy and his crew will definitely come through to make me happy. This is an honest and personal post as I am not receiving anything in return for my comment."

"DO NOT GO! literally the most unprofessional installer i have ever dealt with. Employees are clueless and do a very unprofessional job with a super high turnover rate. the manager does nothing to assist the customer or the employee. One bad install of many: requested PIAA foglights to be installed to replace existing stock foglights, they cut jagged holes in my front bumper to FORCE them to fit besides telling me they were not going to work with my bumper. Also, he cut through my drainage duct coming from the sunroof to easily run the wires to install a new mid speaker in the doors. (both sides) you will only get treated fairly if your job is extremely simple OR extremely expensive, no in between"

"I have never ever dealt with such an unprofessional company! I needed a device installed in my car and I was told "you are not a priority". They had my device and refused (and I mean refused) to schedule an appointment for me. Everyday was "call back tomorrow". It's a shame, coming from someone who is in customer service and husband owning an auto body shop...i could of been a customer for more then a device install. I will be sure to pass around the name of this place and the horrible service!! Nightmare"

"SURPRISE!!! Not if AutoFX in Cherry Hill has anything to do with it. I purchased a new GMC Yukon as a wedding present for my future wife. I called AutoFX to schedule a surprise job to be done. I let them in on the surprise as well. AutoFX said they would accommodate my request. I left work early, picked up the new truck from the dealer, brought it to my 10 am appointment with AutoFX. I was told the "tint guy" (who happens to be the owner) wasn't in yet but he is on his way. I went to the mall for an hour and a half and walked back hoping the truck was almost done. Come to find out it has not moved and AutoFX had no intentions on starting it any time soon. I asked for my keys so I could take it back to the dealership to get the new wheels put on. AutoFX did not offer to take care of it right away or even apologize. AutoFX was very unsympathetic when I expressed my disappointment. Good things they have all those police cars to work on, because their customer service is driving people away."

"First, I never write reviews. However, Andy was exceptional to work with. He completely understood what I was looking for & had good sense to offer something that was both high end & affordable. Got those awesome PIAA LED lights & lighting on the running boards. What impressed me was how the switches look like they were factory installed. Everything was handled professionally & it was done on time. Andy has a lot of creativity & options to offer his customers. I would recommend him anytime!"
