"I took my car to get an emissions test and they said I won’t pass because my break lights were on. He suggested I get a diagnostic test to see what the issue was with the car. Before he charged me he asked how much did I quote you? Seemed weird to me but I had the diagnostic completed and he said $820.00 to fix the sensors. Since this is a brand new car that I purchased from them by the way, I said I wasn’t paying anything and that I would call Jeep customer service. The mechanic insisted that I do no don’t call them and he will see if it’s covered. He looked and he said it was covered through the warranty and that he will make sure nothing else was wrong. Then he came back and said rodents ate my car wires and it would cause $840.00 which is an ironic $20.00 difference to get the sensors fixed. The wires are under the hood under protected covering. He sent me a picture of the “bitten wire”. Look at this picture and tell me if they were bitten or cut??? I refuse to pay for a mistake done by the mechanic because this looks like a clean cut. By the way, i purchased 2 brand new cars at 70,000 each within 4 days. You mean to tell me that they can’t fix this for free? I know this do not look like not rodents have touch’s these wires at all and it is the fault of the dealer. I don’t want to bring a lawyer to resolve this matter!I will also have to talk to ABC 6, FOX and NBC news about what this well know organization is going to customers. Come on Gary! Look into this Gary! I need answers!"
"We recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango GT Plus from Barbera. Joe Donia was our salesman. He was professional and we never felt pressured to get into something we weren’t comfortable with. Small world he actually knew someone my wife had known since she was a kid. The car was in great condition and I wanted it as soon as I drove it. This was our first time buying from Barbera and because of that when we made the deal Joe made an announcement this was our first Barbera purchase and everyone in the building came over to congratulate us. I wasn’t expecting that. When I wasn’t happy with the numbers at first he worked with us to get it more to our liking and they gave me more for my trade. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Jarvis walked us through the final paperwork and we had some good conversation during the process. Joe and Jarvis were very helpful and friendly. I’m very happy with our experience."

"Absolutely phenomenal car dealership! I have been shopping for a car for a bit and this was the last stop before I gave up. My credit isn't the best and I only work part time. I had a decent amount to put down for a down payment but was still nervous after being turned down by so many other places. The moment we walked in, they made us feel so welcome, even though we got there kinda late. Georgy was outstanding, the whole staff was too.
