The manager didn't want to honor my warranty on a defective brakes and rotors because he said I didn't have the paper receipt despite the fact I made the purchase online and pick it up in store. After speaking with the corporate hotline and someone spoke to him, then he decided to accept my return. I didn't have to called Corporate for my warranty to be honor. I will never go back to this location again."
