"It was a pleasure making a purchase at Hessert Chevrolet. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. They were tremendous from start to finish! This is our second time buying a vehicle from Hessert and I'm sure we'll do it again!"
"The service it was good overall, the only thing I wasn't pleased was the waiting time to do paper work, it was to much time wasted for me. But the girl explained to me that she was the only one working that day and there was 15 sales that day. So ya could make sure that there's more than one secretary to do paper work so people don't wait too long. But the care attention and overall experience was delightful, thank you for your service."
"I wanted to give 5 stars for Hassan, my guy I worked with but, he was way overbooked. I was there for 6 hours because he was handling me and 3 other customers. I had something very important that I needed to do but because of the amount of waiting and waiting I didn't get a chance to do it. Therefore, 2 stars. Hassan is great, I do recommend him but I feel like someone else could've jumped in helped the process. I understand commission but, it was insane."
"We recently purchased a Chevrolet Tahoe for my parents from Hessert Chevrolet, and the experience was outstanding. Ben Zhang assisted us throughout the process with a friendly and professional attitude. He was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident in our purchase. The entire team at Hessert Chevrolet made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you, Ben, and the Hessert Chevrolet team, for making this a memorable and pleasant experience!!"
"I went in for an oil change and to have them take a look at a problem I had with my Traverse a month after buying it. I bought a brand new 2023 Traverse in August only to find out it had electrical issues with the CarPlay and Screen. I reported the issue in October, but the Mechanic Nate said they were able to detect anything so there was nothing that can be done, but if it happened again to record it and bring it back. I recorded numerous incidents where I’m unable to turn off the radio and the back camera comes on while I’m driving forward. The screen goes blurring during maps so I can’t see where the maps is directing me and there’s no sound. Also, people are trying to call me and I’m not notified, but my phone is connected to the car. Last month I went in for my scheduled oil change again and mentioned the previous concerns and showed the rep the videos. After my Traverse was service I was told that GM is aware of the situation but they don’t have a fix for it; that perhaps by my next oil change appointment they would have a fix for it and get it rectified. I stated my grievance regarding the fact that the car was a brand new car so how could it possibly have any of these problems. He apologized and said there was really nothing he could do and reiterated that GM is aware of the issue. My thing is so I’m supposed to keep a $44,000 car that has a malfunction while you come up with a fix? How is this even acceptable? Why is not GM recalling the vehicle and fixing the issue since I’m not the only one experiencing this issue and I’m given another vehicle as a replacement. I’ll reiterate… it’s a brand new vehicle that I financed and nothing is being done to accommodate me for a malfunctioning car. I further believe that Hessert Chevrolet was aware of the problem before they sold the car to me since the salesperson mentioned that the car was getting detailed and being brought right over. Why would a brand new car need detailing? My thoughts are now running thinking if the car was sold to someone and they noticed the issue within the timeframe and returned it cause it did have 4 miles on it. Or perhaps, someone was trying to work on it and here I come to purchase a vehicle and they were told to sell off that one just to get it off the lot. I really don’t know, but it’s not making sense. Just like the delay to fix it while my warranty expires and then I’ll be stuck with a lemon. Someone at Hessert Chevrolet and GM needs to take action and get me into a fully functional vehicle cause that’s what I’m paying for. I did not buy a used vehicle, I bought a brand new vehicle, and I’m entitled to just that."
