"I was charged 574 dollars to rent a 2017 impala for 1 day n a half . Highest rental place I have ever used . 196$ for Fri @5:30pm to Sun @1pm . The car had dents , scratches, door knob pieces missing and paint in the back seat but she calls this luxury . Also I had to meet with her mechanic for them to do an oil change on my time which I shouldn’t have had to do especially after spending all that money . Returned the car on time to a guy who was rolling weed in the office which was unprofessional who I had to wait for because he was high and late Then I was charged 170$ because she stated I smoked weed in the car in which I did not . I’m a Registered nurse . I can’t smoke . And I wouldn’t smoke in someone else’s property. I also explained this to the guy who was rolling his weed up that I dropped the car off too who probably smoked in her car …Horrible horrible experience and not worth the money . I will never rent from this place again . I feel like I got scammed… And also charged for something I didn’t do . Never again . Your better off going to enterprise, budget etc for what she’s charging."

"I guess when the truth is out about stacks rental the statement gets deleted lol . Again stacks rental is the worst to partner with. She does not take accountability of any kind for her business or her workers . I have talked and texted Nay numerous of time about my vehicles having outstanding tickets ,damages and engines on all while she had them rented out for months. She told me I shouldn't be complaining about the LITTLE damages that was made on the car and that we are making money. She did take care of a few parking ticket and a ezpass tickets. There are still outstanding tickets. She informed that her worker somehow missed seeing all the damages on the car. Nay said that if i decides to part ways with her plateform that she will fix the damges to the car. Once she received the price from her collision guy she switched up smh. She told me all of her partner know that they will NOT get their vehicle back as they gave it to her and also they are fine with paying parking tickets that the renters get. I have proof and pics (little huh) damages. Let me see if this statement get deleted lol. I'm just asking Nay to take responsibility and tighten up her policy with her business and be upfront with her future partners. I wish her best of luck ."
