"Very pleasant to talk to . But. They are a back dealer. I bought a 2015 . No warranty. Drove it 100 mls. And literally. 30 previous codes popped up . Cost me 6000 dollars to fix the whole Def system . After that dealer cleared it and another 50 mls . Another code . Costing 1000 dollars later . Going back to the dealer again . I would advise anyone not to do buisness with either of the dealerships. If I could give less than one star review . I would. . They wo t answer my calls . Nor my texts. They won't stand behind anything . Bad company ."
"I bought a 59' Cadillac and John and Mike were fantastic. I found them to be very honest, accomodating, ethical and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a car. They are straight shooters and won't give you the typical used car lot run around."
"One of the best dealerships that I have ever been to in my life!!!....I brought two cars from them!..one car that I brought was a 2006 Ford Fusion, which was my first car!...With 147,000 miles, sadly I do not have the car anymore due to a bad car accident I was in, but even with all of that happening the team at Little Johnny auto, was a big help and assisting me with looking for a new car with in the same month of my lost!!!...Amazing!!..because not too many car dealerships would help you or want to help you get something else!..and if they do it would be for personal gain!...but not these guys!!..They really care about the customer!..I now have a 2007 Ford Edge with 138,000miles!..it was a great buy and is an awesome vehicle!...I had it for about a year now and have no issue and don’t have to worry about any problems!...I’m saying all this to say, Little Johnny’s auto has a great team and they will work with you!..and is very reasonable!...they don’t cheat you like those other dealers that are in the area or even try to hustle you!..these guys are good honest men!...They would even help you spend wisely on the best vehicle that best’s fits you!..I saying this from experience!!...& I’m glad that I met them. I plan on taking my sister there real soon to get her first car because they’re vehicles are always reliable!!!...I really think you should go check them out!..You won’t be disappointed!"
"Worst Experience Ever. I went there with my mechanic and my boyfriend. We checked the 2009 Chevy Cobalt out on the lot and noticed that the front light had a space in the front. We asked if the car was ever in an accident the man said no, the lie detector determined that was a lie. We then had them start the car up and when the gentleman walked inside to copy our i.d.s for the test drive the lights on the car started flickering an the gas gauge kept fluctuating. We told him this when he came back and he vehemently denied that there was anything wrong and became hostile. We then took it for a test drive and he kept accosting us and staring at the gauge waiting for it to happen and of course it didn't. I was still willing to go through with the sale and if the issue arose again we could bring it back of course they didn't agree to this. It's like they didn't want my money. We get back to the dealership and go into the office. There's one surly looking man behind the desk and his cohorts that seemed like family friends and not anyone that worked there. We take a seat and begin telling him the same issues. He then becomes very hostile as we try to negotiate a lower rate and if not if there are any issues may we bring the car back for service issues since you never know. He goes "You do realize this is a used car right?" I was admittedly baffled at his unprofessional attitude. He kept asking that and arguing with my mechanic like we weren't trying to GIVE THEM MONEY. I then nipped his attitude in the bud had to ask him to ask his cronies to leave and then he broke down the pricing. The car was about $5600. He marked this up saying that price is only if you pay it all off right now. He added it up to about $6000 and then said they put a tracker in the car so if you are late on payments they can shut the car off while you are out and about. This tells you the kind of business and clientele they work with. He then said "You would have to pay for the tracker." Which was a $1000 added onto the price. The total at the end was about $7000. The Kelly Blue Book price ranges between 4,335 and 6,172. We were about $1000 over how much the car was worth. The car had about 115,000 miles on it and had some issues. They were crooks and handled business poorly and with no regard like we were the criminal idiots."
"Shady. Simply shady. I went to go get this car and it seemed fine. I took it for a test drive around the block. The thing was that the car comes with no type of warranty and the stickers expired this month. They were pushy and just too eager for me to buy the car. He kept asking me if I was buying the car. The seat was broken and he had no intentions of fixing it until he was sure that I was going to buy it. Him and the other owner came off rude. I listened to my gut and did not buy the car."
