"My experience at Faulkner was excellent. Paul was my salesman and was excellent. not pushy at all. I test drove a used Tundra , loved it, and wanted to buy it. I came with outside financing, so i cant speak to that part of the experience, but after explaining the particulars of my deal we got a deal together nice and easy. Fair and honest price, and Trade in! After I had the truck I noticed a whine coming from rear end art certain speeds. I knew I still had a dealer warranty so I brought it in to service. Super easy to schedule. I was waiting about an hour and hadn't heard from anyone at the service dept. Having dealt with other dealers in the past I thought the worst. Maybe there was some huge problem and I was going to have to fight for them to cover it. I couldn't have been more wrong! They told me they were still looking at it, but since it was taking longer than they thought they'd happily set me up with a loaner. Which was a 2024 Tundra! very fun! A couple days later they called and told me i was all set free of charge. Excellent sales and service experience! I believe they earned themselves a customer for life, my wife and I will buy all of our family cars here from now on!"
