"Only giving three stars... why the bathrooms are always unavailable????? So how do the clerks go to bathroom??? No one seems to answer this question so maybe it's time for me to ask head quarters or Facebook. Unacceptable. If you don't want outsiders to use, then have ticket holders show u their tickets....."
"Bathrooms said they are out of order however yesterday when I asked how they are all out of order I was told they are closed on the weekends. This is not the first time they were closed for long periods of time last year also with signs saying they were out of order when they were not."
"The guy who i guess was pissed off he had to work on a sun was very rude and misinformed. He left and had a wrote a sign in the window that said be back. Then he gave us the wrong tag and got very rude when we asked about it, he even came around from behind the counter out the door as if to hit me but then realized he needed his crappy job. Hes very rude and cant handle his sitting on his lazy ass job."
"Woman at the counter is not very helpful. Unable to answer questions including why the 'out of order' sign has been on the bathroom doors for over two months."
"the lady isn't highly the nicest person and she is very unprofessional. i went one day and there was a very helpful one so i went the next day and that was when i saw the unproductive one. first off, she basically lives off of that computer and whenever we have a question it's like she has to ask her boss or look on her computer. she set my bus tickets to a cheap price and then raises it figuring we didn't know because i was shocked. then i went a couple days later and then she was there. so she gave us a high price. so the day of the bus departure we called just to make sure with everything and she didn't even put our tickets/ seats in the computer and the bus ended up full, so i if i didn't double check, i would have been stuck waiting in nyc for 16 hours! first off she doesn't even speak civil. she doesn't give enough information. my experience was bullshit. tbh i think that they shouldn't close the terminal until all the busses have had their departure. i took the suquana (or however you spell it) and it was good. the bus driver was a gentlemen and he was helpful. he drove at a good speed and sounded well trained. then i went to nyc and the greyhound was awful."
