"Improve on the lanta bus schedules I had a delay of 1hr waiting to catch a bus home damn"
"I’m gonna be honest about this Transit center. It’s good, I guess? But no really, why doesn’t Lanta or any of the other busses that come here have a TV displaying the times when busses arrive, Like at Allentown Transit Center. This transit center in my opinion, is the 2nd most important transit center in LANTA. NJ transit comes here and so does Trans-Bridge. The Bus terminal here needs more indications that it is a bus terminal! It’s literally in a parking garage, not only this it is very dark and gloomy inside this building. You would not be able to tell this was the bus station in Easton if you never took the bus unlike in Bethlehem PA or Allentown PA transit centers. This station is good, but it needs a major makeover. It needs displays to display bus times and maybe move the bus station outside to make it more obvious. Maybe near that 216 Lanta bus stop going north of wawa. That could be the new transit center!"
"Horrible service at 6:30am on May 9th 2022! Very rude people; they don’t accommodate disability fares even if given proof from another state. Unfortunately this is the only station near by. The teller looks at you like if you’re stupid."
"I needed to go to NYC for a job interview and I was trying to purchase a ticket before the day of for the transbridge bus service. I went to their office three times to try and get a ticket. The first time, I was too late. Theres a sign on both doors that read 5:10 AM- 1:05 PM on the door. The second day, I was there on time, but they were closed for thanksgiving. No signs on the door stated they’d be closed. The third day, they were still closed. No signs again and the phone never goes to voicemail to tell you they’ll be closed. I had to pay $40 cash (more than a normal ticket price) to get on the bus because Transbridge doesn’t sell online. They need to provide clear and up-to-date information on office closures for people who rely on the bus to other states and cities to work. This is absolutely unacceptable."
