"I have had two horrible experiences in two weeks. The first experience was for a 200,000 mile service with oil change, rattling heat shield, ticking noise at the ignition, window, torn window channel and squealing brakes. I brought my car in the night before in hopes that I would have it back by the days end assuming there were no major problems found. I called at 12:30 for an update and the car had not even been looked at yet. I was told that there was plenty of time to take care of everything and would be called back when it was done. I never got a call back. Ended up picking the car up the next day and was told I have a few more thousand miles left in the squealing brakes, the ticking noise was looked at the the service rep was sure it was something behind the dashboard that cost $2000 to fix so don’t worry about it until the heat goes out. They put two bolts in to secure the heat shield. A part was ordered for the window problem. I complained about the horrible service and fact that I was never called and lost a half day work. I was not charge for this horrible service yet nothing really got done and we wasted time traveling an hour rowundftip Twice. The brakes still squeal and heat shield still rattled. Do I trust that the tires were rotated and oil changed? Well then my husband brings the car back for the window part replacement. It was supposed to be a 90 minute wait. The car sat for 45 minutes until a mechanic started the repair. My husband interrupted the jib because they were replacing the wrong part. And then he was charged for it!!! I look forward to speaking to the head manager soon."

The business manager Eric Henderson was extremely helpful with securing the financing and tailoring in some warranties all while keeping me within budget. Chris Wood the sales manager was very responsive on getting me info along with video about the car I purchased. He connected me with his best sales rep and the rest is history.
