"I went to Dr. Brahen for 15+ years and let me tell you, I wish I never did. I'm now spending countless hours and my hard earned money to fix the problems he has caused me. Here's a very brief description of what I've experienced: I had a molar pulled a couple years ago due to an infection I formed after he performed a faulty root canal (so I'm missing a bottom molar now), I've had to fix/replace pretty much every cap/crown that was placed in my mouth due to improper installation - they were too big, not sealed to the gum, and collected food. I even had to go back to him to fix one of my crowns because it was under warranty and the second one was even worse than the first. Every filling needs to be replaced because they weren't properly done - I've had fillings and parts of my tooth break from just eating chili. He submitted an insurance claim for one tooth and listed that he preformed crown lengthening on it - years later I actually needed crown lengthening done on that tooth to repair a cap that he did, and I got charged the full amount because he claimed he did it before, which he didn't (YOU NEED A SPECIAL SURGEON FOR THIS). Lastly, every issue he's caused, he has not dealt with (nor would I want him to deal with actually). But, instead he sent us a nasty letter. Save yourself the time, pain, and money and DO NOT go here! My family members have all experienced similar situations. Thank God we got out of this place when we did! Please know that this review is strictly about Dr. Brahen. I have no hard feelings for any of the other workers there - including the front desk and dental hygienists. They all treated me so well! It's really a shame."
