"Stopped in to check out the new location. We didn't purchase food but we have done so at the other location and it's been good. We ordered beer and sat out on the back deck. It's a beautiful spot overlooking the golf course. The staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our time and will return."

"We enjoy Blue Oyster Beer have have visited the Lewes location a few times, but Milford is closer to our home, so we thought we'd give this a try. We were pleasantly surprised at the expansive menu with both pub food and some excellent entrees. My husband enjoyed some raw oysters followed by short ribs. I had a Key Lime Martini for my appetizer (it was my birthday) and Crab Cakes as an entree. We chose to share a piece of Smith Island Lemon Cake for dessert. If you haven't had Smith Island Cake you must try it! Our server, Diane, was pleasant, efficient and attentive, but did not hover. We had a very nice time. One note - when you walk in you are in a lively lobby/bar area which can be pretty loud. The dining rooms are much quieter if that's what you are looking for. They have a very nice patio seating area as well that looks out over a golf course. We'll be back and will bring friends!"

"Not our first time drinking big oyster brews, but our first time here. The place was very inviting inside and out. Great place to bring a date, even if your date is a child, they have a great playground and play area with cornhole. Our server Debbie was awesome, very personable and on top of everything. The MA oysters were some of the best I've had in a long time! BBQ was enough for two people. Lots of good beer, I enjoyed the caked sour so much I had to take some home! Cheers"

"Different Cheesesteak #1160. I’m a big fan of Big Oyster’s beers. Specifically, Hot Mess and their collaborations with Fusco’s Water Ice. Great location. They are surrounded by a golf course. Very Country Club’esque. Fun chatty crowd. The cheesesteak, this is where everything changed. $17, it did come with (average) fries. The roll was soft or the knife was dull. When they cut it, the roll flattened. It looked like a butterfly or other winged object. The meat was mostly dry. Cheese and extras were sparse and added little flavor. Still love the beer and location."

"First time here, food was delicious and came out promptly. Nice selection of drinks and staff was friendly. Outdoor seating had a great view of the golf course. Glad to see more breweries coming up in Delaware."
