"Just tried a medium cheese pizza with extra sauce. It was my first time trying this pizza as a native Milford resident. It. Was. Fantastic. The gentleman was very polite and courteous. I arrived a little early and went back out to my car for a few minutes after checking in at the pickup counter and he, surprisingly, brought it out to me. Will definitely be ordering from here, again. Thank you!"

"Today I had Polisenos delivered to my job as a Christmas gift to my fellow coworkers. It came in no time flat; the delivery driver was absolutely the best and the food is beyond amazing. Everyone here loved the pizza and are planning on ordering again soon! Thank you all so much for the great quality food and wonderful customer service."

"I placed an order at 1702 for delivery that was supposed to arrive at 1747. At 1805 I called to check status & was first told there was no such order in existence. When I gave the receipt number to this ignorant unprofessional young lady who obviously never heard of the term customer service, my order magically appeared & allegedly left out a few minutes prior with a driver. Another 30 minutes later (90 minutes after order placed) I called to cancel the order that never arrived. The same disgruntled young lady immediately responded “of course it will be our pleasure to cancel that for you” No explanation, no attempted compensation, no attempt to retain customer loyalty at all."

"I have orders food for take-out from Polisenos several times and it's always good. Tonight I ordered a pizza for deliver. The online system said 45-55 minutes. I called to check on my order after an hour and 20 minutes and he said "he thinks it's almost done cooking" and would be right over. 25 minutes later the pizza was delivered cold. No explaination, no discount, nothing. Sorry Polisenos - your service was bad tonight."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The fryer oil needs changed. The ice tastes funny. Thank goodness we got bottled soda. Food is awful!!! Sent my wrap back in exchange for another 0ne that was just as bad!!!"
