"We were traveling, stopped in for lunch. Not many patrons inside. Got seated, got drinks, ordered.....more than 40 minutes went by, still not served. Went to see the manager. Waited 5 more minutes. Never saw the manager, never were served, got up and left. Ridiculous. We certainly know where "not" to go in the future."
"Was there new years eve. Ordered dinner and ordered a beer. Took over fifteen minutes to get it and had to tell the waitress. The food was terrible. Ribs were dried out the steak was over cooked and the fries were mushy. The appetizer was old. The cheese on it was hard. Never had a meal like that in that restaurant."
"You can clearly tell no one cares in that restaurant. Ordered the 5 breadsticks with dipping sauces only received 3 and no sauces. Ordered a Caesar salad that came with only lettuce and no dressing. Or the chicken, Parm, macaroni and cheese. The chicken was completely over cooked and there was no marinara sauce on the order at all. When I tried to get doordash to have them remake the order Ruby Tuesdays declined because they were “no longer doing delivery for the night” it’s 6pm… Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money. The photos can speak for themselves"
