"This place is the worst. I wish I had read the reviews before walking into this establishment to order a simple combo. It took a long time for my food to come out, especially considering they deep-fry everything here. The customer service was okay; it wasn’t great, but I understand how challenging it can be to work in fast food. However, what really upset me was how unsanitary the place was. Nobody washed their hands. There was one girl with pink hair who was squeegeeing the floor and then proceeded to walk back to the kitchen to help process food orders for customers. The two gentlemen back there weren’t wearing gloves, and one of them was chewing food before putting on gloves. That’s how I knew this establishment was not clean at all. It was such a poor experience, and after waiting for my food for 20 minutes, I didn’t even eat it. Instead, I gave it to a homeless man outside the establishment so it wouldn’t go to waste."

"Music is loud and I could barely hear the person taking my order. I placed my order to dine in, $17, I was asked for my receipt 5 times over the course of 30 minutes. This was weird to me since I was just patiently waiting for my order. After waiting 30 minutes I was told my order would be done in 7 minutes, at that point I asked for a refund. I was told they needed the regional manager to authorize a refund. Never going back."

"Service sucks. Counter girl ran outside to give her boyfriend a kiss instead of being professional and taking care of customers first. They are giving everyone the same excuse of just waiting on fries and to be bagged up. Poor management. Poor customer service. Zero standards. DONT EAT HERE!"

"DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP. We ordered at 4:57 and got our food at 5:37 after finally asking about our food. The wings flavor was bad and the fries were soggy and we did not even order anything that would make the fries soggy. And yes we ate them when we got them. Wings were salty and I mean VERY. I was expecting it to be salty but not to salty. Forgot our blue cheese and had to ask. I went here expecting to have a good meal but waited 50 minutes for something I could have gotten down the street a lot better. Just do not go to this location. Other locations are fine but this one."
