"I placed a mobile order, arrived, and went to the counter. The worker pointed me where to pick up my order. As I was leaving, security berates me and accused me of stealing. I showed him my receipt in the Wendys app and then he walked away without saying anything - no apology or anything. Next time I'm on the area, I will stop at the McDonald's across the street instead."

"The security guard was Very rude and. I went in to pick up an order for Uber and the cashier said that the order was picked up…. Which is fine it happens. I ask to use the bathroom and all is good. As I walk out the security guard started screaming at me and calling me names. I really don’t appreciate being called names related to my race! What kind of place is this!?!??? Very VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. This security was working on Monday May 20th at around 8:45pm. Definitely should look into some other security guard who isn’t raciest and calling the customers of that establishment. Disgusting!"

"This place is absolutely horrible I was hungry after having drinks so I decided to grab a bite to eat as I entered the drive thru I seen a homeless man in the drive thru area where I planned to order I alerted the employee at the window who had a black mask over his face young kid who was very disrespectful from the gate all I was trying to do was enlighten the young man to beware of the man in the drive thru for safety pre caution as there are shootings and robberies all over the city I was threatening and he was rude and then came to the pick up window yelling see camera inside store please corporate at 1:12-13:0 am it was a horrible scene of rudeness I pray nobody has to ever encounter this I plan to contact corporate"
