"I adore this place so much! The Meade and cider are beyond outstanding. The owners are total sweethearts and passionate about what they do. The basement reminiscent vintage and toy decor is iconic. The backyard and axe throwing are the cherry on top. Was just passing through and found this spot but wish it was local to me! I’ll be ordering online for sure."

"I met up with a friend here on a Sunday afternoon. I never had mead before so we both were very interested in experiencing a new taste. First, the place has a very cool and interesting mix of antiques and vintage decorations. There is a cabinet with all kinds of bottles, collectables about Wilmington, DE brewing history....which I loved! Great atmosphere. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did a flight of mead drinks which were very interesting to taste and experience. We wound up enjoying the cider that they brew. Im not a big cider guy guy but, it had a great burst of flavor and was delicious. Deep Routed cider was our favorite. They had a food truck there as well. We just had drinks but, it looked like a hip food truck. Overall I would definitely recommend trying this place. The drinks were very refreshing and super tasty. The owner was on site and very informative. He is definitely passionate about his mead and cider production. It shows when you drink his products. I have been back and you can grab a growler to go and they give you back reward bucks too. Great unique place definitely worthy to check out. It has a nice coutyard outdoor space which looks very inviting come springtime."

"Highly recommend giving them a visit if you live in DE, visit friends or family in DE, or just feel like taking a ride! From the moment i walked in nothing but GOOD VIBES! Owners, staff, hell even the customers were amazing! Everyone was so chill, cool, friendly! And let’s not forget their awesome menu of meads! You definitely need to come here and try them out. "Friendly service, a nice variety of ciders--we're cider fans and love to try new places. We were passing through on a longish trip and stopped. After enjoying a flight, we took home 4-packs of The Light Cide(r) and the unique Deeply Rooted. The interior is chock-full of interesting objects. The outdoor space is very inviting and would be lovely to enjoy on a not-so-blazing hot day."
