"Really disappointing experience for take out pizza tonight. Placed an order for a 16in margherita pizza around 5:15. Told me it would be about 20-30 minutes. Picked up at 6:15, figured that would be enough time considering waiting there with a car temporarily parked isn’t fun in that parking lot. Got there and the pizza was made as a 12in. There was absolutely no remorse for making the mistake. Waited another 12 minutes for the correct size pizza. A complimentary something would’ve been appreciated for the mistake.. or maybe just throw the pizza in that was made by mistake? We got the pizza and it was so so, probably because it was rushed and still the size looked so far off scale than usual. For $23 it ought to be the correct size. Just super disappointed by the lack of customer service tonight."

"We've dined in here before and really enjoyed it, so we decided to get takeout pizza. We normally order from Sitaly across the street. We ordered the St. Anthony and the flavor was great but the center was very soggy. I feel like it needed to be left in the oven for two more minutes. It was busy and maybe the pizza maker was in a hurry. We will try here again the next time we order pizza, and hope they have figured out the sogginess issue. We really like V and M and would like to make it "our pizza place", but they need to not make soggy pizza."

The menu offerings were great, with a range of delicious options to choose from. The food itself exceeded all expectations, with each dish prepared to perfection. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was memorable. I cannot thank them enough for their warm hospitality and accommodating nature. V & M Bistro truly deserves all the praise for their outstanding food and top-notch service.
