"I ordered a birthday cake for y mother's 90th birthday. Everything about this place was exceptional. From Carolyn taking my order to the service when I picked it up, everything was perfect. And the cake itself? Wow. It was great. The cake was moist. The icing was delicious. Everyone at the party was talking about how awesome it was. I wanted something special, not a grocery store sheet cake, and I got something special. Thank you Gallo's"

"first time ordering and super disappointed. ordered an Italian rum cake and when I picked it up it looked like it was falling apart ... I said something to the woman at the counter and she called the mount laurel location where they do the baking. they said try to press the side up and give her 5 off. the party was that day and I had no other option but to take the cake. I did call mount laurel and they said I could go back to Marlton and get a smaller size cake but I don't live close and that should've been offered while I was at the store. I was given different excuses but I believe while the cake was in transit something happened. never again. and the cake was just okay. not worth $67. their cookies were good though."

"We were actually looking for a bakery when we just happened upon Gallo's Bakery. I thought this was fate so we definitely stopped. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and professional. These are all good signs The baked items behind the glass all looked delicious but the truth is the apple turnover was just ok. The cheese Danish I had was just ok and cookie my son had he didn't finish. So we will not stopping here for bakery items. So much for fate"
