"This location may be the best in the area. But after ordering here 4 or 5 times now. It's become apparent that the staff have been instructed to include as little meat as possible. Two heaping spoon fulls of rice and beans. Followed up with two half empty scoops of diced chicken isn't an acceptable portion."

"My husband and i love this place we have been coming here since we moved to Marlton 3 years ago! We get food from Pancheros at least twice a week when i work late and don’t have time to cook! The staff is very friendly and nice. Hilda the manager is the best!!!!!! She knows exactly what we get and is such a sweetheart always with warm and a friendly smile to everyone. She’s a great worker that speaks very highly of this establishment, everything is clean and runs very smoothly and the best part is the food is amazing! All of my neighbors we love to go to Pancheros because we know Hilda and the staff are amazing and i hope the owners know they have a great team and an amazing Manager Hilda, good workers are very hard to come by. I recommend this place 100%"

"They barely give you a full scoop of anything you ask especially an extra charge guacamole that you are paying extra for anyway. The steak is well over done and cold. Same goes for their pico which is not fresh at all. Very disappointed at the quality and quantity for the price you pay."

"Don’t waste your time or money !! The food has no taste and the amount of chicken they put inside the burrito & bowls is equivalent to what I would feed my 14 month old toddler ! The manager is rude and disrespectful literally the worse service I’ve ever received! I literally NEVER do reviews but the way I was treated by management was a disgusting and a disgrace! I called and left a message with their corporate office and hopefully they can do something about this manager who refused to give us his name ! No wonder everyone looks so unhappy when you walk into this establishment! I would too if I were them !"
