"I always drive thru this location before work to grab my drink. But believe me, I would not come here if I have other options. First of all, I always get venti mocha frap with extra espresso but the taste is always consistent! It looks pale indicating excess ice and taste like your drinking plain slushed ice. BUT I still always give tip because I know how hard it is for people nowadays. But I had it today, I ordered venti dragonfruit as attached and the qualit of this cant eveb pass. It looks like someone took a sip of it. I was not able to complain anymore because I was running late and waited for the long line. I WOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN. Not worth the money for a bad beverage."

"Good experience during my visit. The nitro machine was down and the woman behind the counter was frantic / stressed because she needed her machine operating. True business woman so I explained what to do in fixing the machine and I hope I helped may call later to see if she had success"

"So this is above open food containers a disgusting bug zapper. And not a single one of those containers pictured is closed AND OR COVERED with any form of protection. Anyone who got any form of drink made on July 1st just letting you know that was above ur beverages while you were in the drive thru ordering. :)"
