"So, ok.. cold stone is good. We all know this, but if I come in by myself, order a small ice cream with one other customer (who isn't ordering yet) in the store... it shouldn't take 15 mins to get out... and it definitely shouldn't cost $7.99. Please take the time to properly train your staff prior to allowing them to work the floor. She was very nice and friendly and embarrassed that she couldn't provide a better experience (which clearly wasn't her fault)."

"This store is very unprofessional! They are using the Coldstone Creamery app to collect orders and, therefore, our money but they don’t know how it works. We ordered from them and never received delivery or a refund. We called to speak to the owner and he refused to refund or deliver the product and just hung up the phone on us. I will never order from them again after this terrible experience."

"Amazing to see a Cold Stone Creamery up and running yet again enjoyed our cheesecake ice cream with peanut butter Fudge and Reese's peanut butter cups. The customer service from Samantha and Palmer were top-notch thank you so much and they were Very understanding about my gluten allergy. They took all the proper precautions and steps to make sure that my large pint was away from all the gluten.They checked every single ingredient for me in each ice cream I wanted to try and of course to make sure that the fudge and any other items that We weren't sure of just to make sure they were gluten-free. Hopefully 1 day I'll be able to feel normal and have it done on the cold Stone but for now I'm grateful for what was offered. Had a chat with Who Seems to be the owner about talking to corporate about gluten-free waffles and things like that to make cones which would be awesome. when you order an everybodythey sing you a songI didn't even know they had an everybody size until they offered so great job girls for the upsell cuz you did it"
