The girls they have behind the counter in the morning are clueless. Maybe mix the smoothie a second time so it can be enjoyed instead of gossiping behind the counter? Edit: after checking the sandwiches ordered, not a single one of the add ons were added. So you have the gall to charge an extra $10 for egg & bacon but you won’t add it? I worked food service for 5 years and have never been so disgusted with a lack of effort in service."

"They just got a new employee for making the food in the back. She's not very good. Sandwiches are sloppy and it is obvious she is struggling because she is constantly asking her fellow employee for help. I ordered a General Tso's chicken bites when she was working and she somehow managed to burn them. I've been ordering them regularly for the past few months and have never received them burnt. I've never had a problem here before. Just with this employee."
