"Just a small strip with two tenants (planet fitness and ocean state job lot). Overall it is a basic lot with two entrances and three exits. Two exit onto route 31, and the other exits into the southern side into the bourbon street wine parking lot. Decent lighting and adequate parking and asphalt conditions. The curbs are somewhat illogically placed in certain areas as I've witnessed vehicles destroying their tires on two separate occasions. Part of me blames incompetence, but part of me also gives them a pass due to the poor parking lot design. Overall it is nice to have an ocean state job lot this far northwest in New Jersey."
