"Fantastic in every way possible! Gardner and Rachel are always so kind and pleasant to interact with. On top of that they are exceptionally knowledgeable in what they do. I am not the smallest guy around and had struggled to find a bike that I felt would hold up for extended periods of time. After only talking to them for maybe 10 minutes we had already found a bike that seemed to fit what I was looking for. That same bike has been taking me to and from work daily for the past few months with no issues at all!
