"This daycare is very unorganized when it comes to scheduling early bird drop offs. This is a military town yet they have a separate fee for drop off earlier than 7 am which interfere with 0630 formations for Soldiers. They put you on a separate waiting list which is poorly managed when your originally requested drop off at 0600. They make you wait to be accepted into their daycare school plus wait to be accepted into their early bird list when YOU have to personally tell them again even though you wrote the original drop off time requests on the first application. Due to their lack of organization and lack of employees that are available before 0700, Soldiers have to miss formation in order to drop off their kid(s). Additionally, their is a early bird drop off fee of 10 extra dollars which isnt a big issue, however they don't accept direct debit payments.. Their payment system is absolutely prehistoric. You must pay them weekly and only by the swipe of the debit card or cash. No auto payments or online payments at this place. This is a big inconvenience the busy parent on Fridays then they accept payments. Most parents want to come get their kids and go, not wait in line to pay. Your system needs to be updated."
"My son went here for about a year and half before leaving to start pre-K. The staff was great! I got reports everyday on what he ate and what times he ate. The times they changed his diaper and any incidents that took place. There was a caregiver who started working there who wasn't very good. She wouldn't change the babies like she was suppose to, but the Daycare Center quickly got rid of her for that and everything was good again. I would recommend this place"
"After 2 weeks of my 3mo old being at the center she caught scabies and a staph infection... meaning this is a very unsanitary place. I sat at home a whole month helping her get better. And on top of that their policy is the child has to be out 4 days or more on doctors notice to get a refund for that week, April 2nd I paid the 110$ for the week and she went that day, April 3rd is when I took her to the doctor finding out she had scabies, I sent her doctors note the same day ordering her out for the week. The following week she went back to the doctor and had to be out that week also, I then put in her 2 weeks notice, she was back and forth to the doctor from April 3-13 (the note they received). Every week I called asking to speak with the director about payment matters, she was always "unavailable" I was told she would call me, never called. So time went on. I finally called today may 2nd about my refund, I was told i could not get it because my child was disenrolled, which was the assistant directors idea. Which leads me to realize I've been getting the run around for 3 weeks just so I could not get a refund even tho she was out on doctors orders. The receptionist Ashley was very rude about the matter when I tried asking why and hung up on me. Just be careful where you send your children and the people they are around. This place sucks."
"Please do not expose your child to this place, I enrolled my grandson 3 years old here, after a couple of weeks going there, he told me, that the teacher hit him. I talked to the teacher and she denied it, she moved to the front desk. We never got notified, that she is not his teacher no more, I had to ask what the status in the classroom is and was told that she is no longer is his classroom teacher. Than he had several substitute teachers and their credentials are very questionable. Looked like they were some church ladies 65+. ...just watching the kids. Than they put the 2&3 year old ones in one group during the summer, a big mess, cause they didn't received any age appropriate education. After a few weeks a new teacher arrived, she been there a week and went to lunch and never came back....I really liked her, she tried to bring some fresh air into the place, but obviously was shot down by the old crew. She brought a sand table in the classroom and some of the older staff didn't like the idea of change. Once again, I had to inquire what happened to the teacher, the managment never had the decency to let the parents know, that there was a change in the dynamics in the classroom. Substitude teacher again, after a week a new teacher again. That all happened in between june and september....they have just a constant change and huge turnaround in personal. How can a child adjust to that constant change? It take some time to build a relationship and trust, my grandson start acting up after there was a coming and going of teachers, he start to spit, hit saying no and interrupt class, something he picked up in this place, he never done that before. I received "incident reports" ...he does not like change, what kid does like it....that often ? Not once I was invited to a parent /teacher conference, just was handed "incident reports" and told we are praying and make it work.....yeah right!!! Today I picked him up and he wished all his classmates a good weekend and hugged every single on of them, something he never done before and while we are walking out, I was told, that the director want to talk to me and was told that he is expelled from daycare......, cause he made one teacher quit already and the teacher he is having right now want to quit too because of him......really, you sorry people blame a 3 year old child of your incompetence to keep staff, reading reviews that seem to be a ongoing problem..I think, they run their daycare understaffed and I question the credentials of the employees. Thankfully I've been looking for a more appropriate and qualified daycare for a while, I just had a bad feeling about this place, and I was right, should have trust my guts in the first place. Unfortunately a lof of people don't have the luxury to choose, since they are military or need daycare stat. I think this place is having a lack of qualified employees. Please check for your home room teacher credentials and do not settle for less, even if you are desperate...for the sake of your child."
"This place is unprofessional, unorganized, unprepared, and they struggle to keep a continuous staff. They teach the children ghetto songs and dances instead of focusing on preparing them for Kindergarten. Additionally, the Pre k teachers and the woman at the front desk give off a lot of attitude to the parents. I have also witnessed the front desk assistant gossiping about her co workers and the guardians on numerous occasions. Additionally, they fail to get back with parents concerning incidents at the center. I have also witnessed another parent being snubbed by the current front desk assistant for the month when she was trying to get information on what exactly happened to her child that was apenrntly injured here. I should have known it would not be a good center when they asked me to sign an accidental death waiver upon signing my child up. Now, the attitudes are a bit much to deal with, but I was dealing. However, I walked to my daughters Pre k class today to discover that the door is kept locked. When I questioned why her door was kept locked, I was given attitude by the teacher. Its weird since they have a habbit of closing the door in parents faces and gaurding it whenever parents walk up. Which contridicts the open door policy. I am trying to meet with the owner to voice my concerns, however, if she continues to ignore me, I will likely pull my child out."
