"Being a huge fan of Mopar, I knew there was only one place to buy a trustworthy vehicle - Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Went there in April to buy a new vehicle for my wife and conducted business with the one and only, Troy Rhynes (Mr. Suspenders). He’s not only super friendly and personable, but he’s very educated on car sales and extremely trustworthy. We left there that day with a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and a very happy wife! Fast forward to earlier this week. My 2021 Dodge Challenger GT was totaled due to flood damage and I needed to get another vehicle right away. I didn’t hesitate to contact Mr. Suspenders and start the process. After patiently listening to my sob story and learning what type of vehicle I had in mind, he quickly had me behind the wheel of a 2024 Dodge Durango R/T in Frostbite Blue (same as my Challenger) and that was all she wrote. He meticulously took his time to explain my purchase and walked me through the financial process with true professionalism. Troy has now sold me two amazing vehicles this year and not only did we gain dependable transportation, we also gained a friend! Troy is exactly what we were looking for in a salesman; someone that doesn’t beat around the bush and tells you exactly what you’re getting yourself into (the pro’s and con’s). These are the qualities that helped us make the easy decisions on the vehicles that we bought. "0/10 do not recommend this dealership. Their customer service to get you in a car is A1, after they get your money, forget it customer service no longer exist. 2 weeks after buying my brand new 2024 durango my side trim came unclipped, I took it up there to be fixed and they "fixed it" but 2 days later was flapping in the wind again. There is no record of me being there 2 days prior to get my car fixed. At this point my husband is furious and takes my durango up there himself. They tell him they ordered a whole new piece, they need to receive it and paint it, "a week tops". Here we are 4 weeks later and I have to get ahold of the dealership for updates. I was told "it's finished, expect a call Thursday" here it is Thursday and the dealership is closed and I have not received a call to set up my appt. My 6 week old, 2024, $60k car, with a full warranty has trim flapping when I drive. Do not buy from them unless you want horrible, unprofessional customer service after you hand them your money."
"Our first car purchase through financing here. MJ and the manager were really helpful and pleasant to talk to. We got the car we want in a good shape, and they helped us understand the financing. Very satisfied with the lifetime warranty as well, although we haven't had any malfunction yet! They also had more inventories available with better prices."
"Don’t waste your time requesting an appointment through their website because you’ll never get a response. You’ll also be lucky if they return any voicemail that you leave for the service department. I decided to just show up to drop off my car since I couldn’t get a response and I informed them of absolutely everything that I knew was wrong with the car and wanted them to run diagnostics and also check over my car to let me know what other maintenance needed to be done. After three days without my vehicle, I received a phone call that it was just my aux battery. I asked them to continue to check to find out what was wrong because I knew there was more. They called me back and informed me that my car was ready for pick up. I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed again it was only my aux battery That was the problem. I had a lot of hesitation but knew that my husband was returning from training and I needed my vehicle back so I spent over $400 and took my vehicle. Within three hours of having my car and driving, 60 miles an hour on the highway. My car completely shut down and started giving me messages telling me to shift my car to park to turn my car back on. Again, my car was on and I was driving down a highway with two of my kids inside. I was lucky to have enough momentum to get my car to the side of the road. Obviously there is more wrong with my vehicle and when I spoke to them, they basically verbally shrugged me off and told me they can’t figure it out if it didn’t do that in the shop. I asked them if I was going to be charged again for diagnostics, and the person informed me I might have to, and she would speak to management, but she doesn’t think that she could get it fully waived. I also informed her that I did not get a full rundown of what was wrong with my vehicle as I know I am due for brakes and rotors and it seems something is wrong with my suspension, but they didn’t even acknowledge that when I had picked up my car. Again, I was shrugged off. I have been ripped off by so many Chrysler dealerships and they’re not any better."
