"I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. Upon entering, I greeted an employee who appeared to be of Indian descent and made eye contact with me. He did not respond. Instead, another employee who was assisting a customer greeted me with "Hi, welcome to Verizon." Unfortunately, the unresponsive employee was the only one available to assist me. The store was otherwise empty except for one other customer who was with the friendly employee. I explained my situation to him, detailing how I had been trying to cancel my FIOS Internet service for over two hours without success, and that I would likely have to call again on Monday. His response was, "What time did you call?" When I replied "3pm," he said, "Ha, that's why!" without offering any sympathy or standard advice. It felt as if he blamed me for the difficulty I faced due to the time I called. He then stated, "I cannot cancel. Please come to my computer and I can show it to you," which came across as more about his ego than providing customer service. He completely failed to view the issue from the customer's perspective. Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer."

"Ahmed was beyond amazing. He was able to move me and my three lines to a new unlimited plan and get us three iphone 15s for free. Thought it was too good to be true but turns out Ahmed knows what he’s doing. Go see him and do yourself a favor! Oh and he was able to find me some discounts i was not utilizing and somehow lowered my bill by $25/month as well."

"Professional and welcoming, Steven and the crew are cool-headed and on top of their game. We transferred my phone line from one carrier over to my Significant Other's account. It required a few extra steps on my part, during our visit. Jordan was our representative in the store. She was very efficient and patient. Jordan quickly set up my Significant Other's upgraded phone while preparing my new Verizon phone. The phones are beautiful. Must be a good place for a job: every employee I've encountered works with gratitude and a smile. They patiently walk you through any necessary steps. And- the store is clean, well-organized, and the music selection is quite enjoyable."
