"They don’t want to help people the lady talking about she don’t know"
"My experience here was wonderful. The ladies working were very kind and helpful. I had absolutely no problems with my visit."
"I was unable to use my phone to apply for unemployment. I had to go up to the dept. Of labor and get help. I had a wonderful kind lady help me every step of the way. I was so upset due to my circumstances. She was so sweet and understanding. I had to go back up there a couple more times. I did find myself always wanting to see her again when I would go but unfortunately I did not. Regardless of that. The other workers were attentative and assisted me with any questions I had."
"I got accepted to receive benefits about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Got the paper stating what I'd be getting each week and everything. I have yet to recieve anything! I'm a single parent of 3 smaller children and Bill's past due. I have called and left voicemails 6 times in the last 2 weeks. Different numbers I've found, local and state. Not a single call back. I've emailed, nothing. What is going on with this? Yall cut off the extra each week but nobody is even receiving the regular amount! This is unreal and a real problem. This is effecting a lot of people! And nobody seems to care?!?!"
"I filed for unemployment 2 months ago. I have yet to recieve any information about my status. I have called multiple times emailed and still NO RESPONSE. I don't understand how all these other places are opening and they have yet to open the department of labor? I understand they may be backed up because of everything that's going on, but at least have the decency to return phone calls and emails to people. They don't care because they're not the ones having to go through it."
