"We have a 20 year freezer bought from Badcocks and it's still working. We called Josey, who has always been our go too pwrson and bought a new dryer a couple of weeks ago. Next day, a vent cover came off, Badcocks had someone over that day. Today, around 1:30, we bought a new washer but the techs attached the refuse water hose to the wrong place. They were here in 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue and fixed it instantly. I'll always buy from them. A big shout out to the store manager Lance, who came right iver and fixed it. Thanks Badcocks!"
"This review is more about the product than it is about the people. The people in the store are very nice and helpful. We bought several pieces of furniture, including a king bedroom set, mattress, and box springs. The mattress set was over $1,000. We were very specific that we wanted a very firm mattress. At the recommendation of our sales person, we purchased their euro-top mattress. The first few weeks we felt a bit uncomfortable. The mattress seemed very spongy and soft, although we were told that this was a firm mattress. It has memory foam in it, and we had never had one before. We thought/hoped that we would get used to it, but it just got worse. It is the worst mattress we have ever slept on. There is absolutely no support on the edge of the bed whatsoever. If you are sleeping close to the edge you will literally roll out of bed. It makes it very difficult for my wife to get in and out of bed without help. She had open heart surgery recently and doesn't have enough strength to push her self up and out of bed as it is to soft and soggy feeling, with no support underneath you. I called the store and spoke to the owner to see if there was anything they could do to help us - refund, exchange, partial credit, anything, but I was told there is nothing they can do for us since it had been 3 months since we bought it. it has been inside a waterproof full mattress bag, as well as a waterproof mattress cover, but I had allowed to much time to go pass. I am now out over a thousand dollars with a mattress we cannot sleep on. I am currently shopping for a new mattress somewhere that has a more consumer friendly return policy. I've found that most reputable mattress stores will give a 120 day or longer "sleep trial" with free return and refund if you aren't happy.I guess I should have read the fine print. I would recommend buying the furniture from the store, but GO ELSEWHERE for the mattress purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! EDIT: AS YOU CAN SEE BELOW, BADCOCK CORPORATE REPLIED TO MY REVIEW AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT THEM. I DID CONTACT THEM AND I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING THAT THE STORE SAID - I WAITED TO LONG TO COMPLAIN, AND AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY CANT HELP ME. WHY BOTHER TO REPLY OFFERING HELP? DID THEY EVEN READ WHAT I POSTED? MY REVIEW CLEARLY STATES THAT IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS, WHAT MY ISSUES ARE, AND WHY I AM UNHAPPY. WHY WASTE MY TIME ASKING ME TO CALL, OFFERING HELP, AND THEM TELLING ME THAT THEY XANT HELP ME?"
