The Magistrate Court of Ware County plays a crucial role in upholding justice by ensuring fair and impartial adjudication of cases. The Magistrate Court is led by the Chief Magistrate, elected for a four-year term, who manages the office and its employees. The Chief Magistrate also appoints both full-time and part-time Magistrates to ensure comprehensive coverage. Our Chief Clerk oversees general office duties, ensuring smooth operation and excellent service.

For urgent matters, Part-Time Magistrate Judges are available on call after office hours every other week and conduct Bonds Hearings on Saturdays during their on-call period.
