"Whoever the female is that answers the phone is extremely rude. She has NO manners at all. Whoever you are YOU should be ashamed of yourself and maybe consider another job"
"I've called this place two times in the past year with a transferring student, both times I've got ms Tatum and her underpar attitude. I pray God softens her heart and she has warmth to give to the public, you never know who is on the other line"
"If I lived here and had kids riding school busses I would raise hell. 35mph zone and bus 18-86 went thru town at 53 mph. I can not get anyone to answer the phone."
"We just moved to waycross. This has got to be the most backwards way of running school systems. I was told my child couldn't go to ware county middle because we didn't move before April and get into the lottery and our address puts us in waycross middle district. I offered to drive my son to ware county school myself, but was still told it didn't matter. Nevermind, That we will be paying somewhere around 6k a year in property taxes. Upon touring this school in March (never being told about this lottery) I saw a filthy and worn school, with broken tables, short staffed, full of struggling, inner city students that is ran by apparent wonderful staff. I never received anything from transportation for my son's bus scheduling. I called the day before school started (we enrolled the week before after having to take out of state shot records to the health dept. and have them entered into the Georgia system. This is also backwards of other states I've lived in, maybe it's a city thing) and was told that my son needed to be on the corner in front of my house at 6:15 a.m. School starts at 7:50a.m.! If I live 4 minutes from school, why is it taking an hour and a half to get him there?!? Transportation seemed confused also, saying that the new bus driver would take him to the elementary school and he'd be transferred to the middle school. This is crazy! Had I known there would be this many issues with schooling in waycross, my decisions would have been different. I'm not sure if this is a staffing or financial crisis, but something needs to be done."
"The guy that picks up the phone is very nice and he always helps me. As far as the bullying on these school buses, something needs to be done !!!"
