"DO NOT USE. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I was under contract on a house with their realtor Ashley Westmoreland. I am a first time home buyer and the minute we went under contract Ashley completely ghosted us. As a new home buyer my girlfriend and I were very eager to get the process moving. However, we didn’t hear from Ashley for days. We decided to stick it out a little longer. Trying to negotiate with this realtor was a complete nightmare she wouldn’t answer to the phone for my realtor and would just be MIA for days, Until we’d finally hear the bare minimum out of her. After about 2 weeks of this my girlfriend and I got fed up. Our realtor said they have never seen something like this happen before and they felt very uncomfortable about continuing to do business with. The realtor refused to give us a report of the ac and furnace before closing making it impossible to know what was/is wrong with it. I even reached out to Ashley’s broker and was just sent her phone number the broker seemed completely unbothered by the situation. After multiple calls from our broker to Ashley and having zero response we decided to back out of a house we loved because of a realtor that can’t do her job."

"Worst real estate dealings I have ever experienced. Tried buying a home from them the realtor was Ashley Westmoreland. Went under contract to not hear back for days at a time on questions, negotiations, and moving forward with the purchase. This realtor got caught in a lie about another offer on the table and then ghosted us for days. Only then to come back and say that offer fell through then we were accepted. It took forever to get through negotiations because she would not answer in a timely manner and then decided to fight on a $25 difference in a home warranty cost. Then tried to bring up negotiations after the the negotiation period. Was rude to our realtors who fought for us just to get an answer. When she would not answer we tried contacting her broker who just gave us her phone number and told us to contact her. This person is shady and it is completely unsettling to work with someone who is too busy posting tik toks riding horses rather than communicate with a potential buyer. I would never ever do business with this lady in particular or the reality group themselves."

"This is the WORST real estate company you could hire!!! John Akers(owner) was our agent and he completely lied and misrepresented the house we ended up buying. Years later when we had some issues come up about our house and we tried contacting John, he refused to call us back. After multiple attempts of leaving messages on his voicemail and leaving messages with his office staff, we eventually gave up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My advice to anyone that is thinking about hiring this company is “FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!” EXIT Realty is a JOKE of a company that is full of liars and crooks."
