"I cannot believe you can build a whole new section, paint the front and sides of the old building, but completely neglect the entire rear exterior of the old building leaving the ugly yellow pee-colored walls for all to see everytime they drive by... smh, it is pure laziness and reflects on how things are probably done on the inside... half-@ssed!!"

"I did not have one problem until the day I was leaving when I was an hour late getting out of my room because I was cleaning it to be nice for them. Room spotless linens ready to go to laundry bed stripped. First of all they knocked on my door before check out time I was in the shower. I got in the shower at 930 and hadn't been in that long when I heard the knock on the door. I got out of the shower not even dressed yet they knock on the door again. Jim says rents due I said I'm not staying here any longer. I close the do finish getting dressed and cleaning the room get my stuff in my car asked him if he wanted to come check the room he did I asked for my deposit back and he said you were an hour late getting out of your room so bwfore I left I read the rental agreement and it doesn't say one word about a deposit so they just stole 100 bucks from me ...."

"So, I was in love this place from the start. Been here 6 months. At first everything was great. Not what the rumors said at all. Clean. No bugs. Respectful. Then exactly what I have heard about things here started to happen. (Not bugs still good there) Now we can't have company. If it's noon on a lovely day we can't talk to anyone outside are outside for that matter. My wife was talked to like she was a ant by the male Manager. There is constant obvious drug activities. All these things I just said happen freely and not a word is said. I work full time have a job stay to myself and get constantly treated like a 2 year old. Yet everyone else is cool with doing what ever they want freely. You ready for this tho? Trust me you're not. Are sink has been backing up with fieces. Every night off work I have to clean sanitize bleach clean sanitize bleach. We have told the Management. For two months they have done nothing about it. I live here. Have pride in my room. I just don't understand why they would haress us. We work. We clean are room. We do what adults should. We should not be treated unfairly. Especially when the ones who should get the treatment we do dont. There is a room that has people in and out all day in night and nothing is done. I went from love to saddened as time as went by."
