The initial visit was with "Home Comfort" Specialist, Krista Miller, and she was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Krista made some excellent suggestions on how they would approach the installation while answering my numerous questions with patience and expertise. On installation day, Krista was there to meet with the installers, Wayne and Lawson, to ensure that everyone was on the same page with all of the details. The job also involved some metal fabrication which was done with precision. The end result was a clean and tidy installation. There were two minor revisions that needed to be made a couple of days later and the technician, Michael, resolved them perfectly.
