"Unprofessional..cleaned grease trap for 175, then caued a clogg and now charges 250 to even come out and fix the problem they caused. Money grabing and unprofesional. Now I have to decie if its worht taking legal actions for the things destroyed from the clogg and backed up water. I've used them regurlarly for our grease traps but that's gonna change."

"The other reviews have to be made up because this company is not good at all. December 2022, their staff showed up and didn’t feel like digging, so he watched me (the home owner) do it. Red flag number one. Since then, a competitor came out 8 times since to tell us the tank was still full because All-Star only pumped liquid. Solids are still blocking our aerator. They didn’t really pump. Called a few months back and they basically called us crazy. I let it go. Competitor kept telling us it was full. I called today to see if they would make it right. Lady tried talking in circles and refused to have someone come out to stand by their work. Didn’t ask to see the competitor’s notes or show any concern whatsoever. Mind you, we have low usage in this house and the 1st time the competitor came out it was 1 month after the “pump”. So it’s not full because it’s full. It’s full because they didn’t do their job. This isn’t Uncle Eddy. Off to write another check to a reputable company that stands by their work. Don’t be fooled by the number of years they say they’ve been in business. Number of years does not correlate to quality and service."
