After handing my cellphone to the clerk and explaining my problem, a cracked screen. His smile turned into a smile and DUH. My screen wasn’t cracked. It was the screen protector. Which he removed while SMILING. I felt some LAUGHTER too. He did return my phone. With customer service at an all time low. I was happy to have visited. I rode the train and bus to get there. "A complete waste of time, gas, and money! I brought my iPad in 3 times for a single screen replacement and this is the final result. The first time they installed it incorrectly, the screen wouldn't detect touch. I brought it back in and after a few days after they replaced it, this bubble started forming. I brought it in for a 3rd time and now they're saying it can't be fixed, due to the battery swelling?! It's funny how it just started swelling right after they botched the fix for the second time. Also, if you Google "iPad battery swell" not one image shows what you see here. Please don't waste your time here like I did."
