"BEWARE. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and scary experience. I’m only being vague b/c this service repair man was very frightening in his appearance and demeanor. First time using All American and I don’t recommend and I’ll NEVER use them again . The service man that came to our house had dirty clothes, a dirty face, long/ greasy unbrushed hair, his eyes were completely dilated black and he was shaking. This man looked homeless and was very obviously not sober by his appearance and the way he talked. We are horrified he knows our address and came into our home and our very nice neighborhood & now knows the area. He stayed for maybe 8 minutes total, did not bring any tools inside with him, did nothing with our appliance at all except glance at a manual then head to our breaker box after insisting. and he did not do anything & left without charging us because he literally could not function, But not before he said he wanted to text a photo of our breaker to my elderly mother even though he is not an electrician so I’m scared he has our address and her name and phone number. FYI we had an experienced certified electrician to our house the next day and he checked everything & it was working perfectly so this appliance man had no idea what he was doing at all & we didn’t even want him to look at our breakers we knew it was the appliance and we were right plus this man was not an electrician so it baffles me why he acted like he knew breakers and insisted on looking at them rather than working on our appliance. It is so shaded/sketchy. This man has 0/10 experience with appliances and he was not sober or clean and had no business being sent into our home by this company. It was a horrible experience & we are left buying new cameras for our front and back doors due to being scared he knows where we live & the layout of our home. Horrifying."

"We called All-American to arrange a service appointment to repair our dryer; this appointment was arranged for the following morning. Shortly thereafter, the All-American representative called to advise that the technician would arrive at our residence within the hour, the result of some cancelled appointments. The technician promptly replaced the broken belt; he was in and out of our home in less than an hour. We highly recommend All-American Appliance Service to repair your large home appliances. We certainly will consider contacting this Service should any of our large appliances fail."

He gave me some tips on how to keep my older refrigerator running and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Will definitely call again in the future!"

"These people are amazing. I had a problem with my dishwasher. It wasn't cleaning properly. I called and they came out and stated that my water wasn't hot enough and my filter was cloggedThey cleaned it out, and and told my husband how to run it We thought we had the problem resolved, but it wasn't. I called again and they came out today, apologized for not fixing right there first time. took it apart found the true problem, The pump was leaking and though the machine worked for a little bit, the leak forced it to go out. What amazed me was first they apologized and then didn't charge me and then Benji thank me for calling them back to let them know it wasn't working. I have used this company several times and trust them with my appliances."
