"I'm beyond glad I turned to Better Painting LLC for painting my new home construction right after closing on the house. The original builder used a poor quality white paint that was expertly updated by the Better Painting team with a premium quality paint product which was expertly applied. As this was a new build, I've had to work with a lot of company trades (closets, blinds, electrical, water softener, appliances, etc.) and working with Better Painting has been the BEST and EASIEST out of all of them - consultation, ease of scheduling, quickly getting on their books and having the work performed, after sales support... literally 1st place in all categories. The initial consultation with Andrew was great - he was able to schedule a meeting with me very quickly and he provided great options and opinions on how to really bring the home to life. So many contractors barely even reply nowadays but communication with him and his team was always top notch. The actual painting was put on the schedule very quickly and the painters did great work. Naturally, painting a whole 2 story house is a lot of work, but they were able to get it done in a few days. After that, Jesse was able to look at the work with a critical eye and noted VERY VERY few items that would need to be corrected. I didn't have to hassle them at all as Jesse took complete ownership to have the team get those minor corrections done the very next business day. This is great painting company that really stands behind the quality of their product and 100% customer satisfaction. I'll certainly be using them again when I finish the basement in the next year.
