"Well one of the greatest moments in my life of purchasing a home became a nightmare and they won't stand behind there word . It all started with meeting Jon our realtor. Seemed to be a good guy and got us into alot of houses as quickly as possible. We found a couple houses we liked but the one we put an offer on was denied because we did a low offer and that was on us... lol we did a counter offer with our agent Jon and it was accepted and he sent over the paper to be signed and initialed . We were later told congratulations on the home and we started talking home inspections and closing dates. That evening me and my fiance went to celebrate dinner were we were called by Jon and told the seller had a better offer . I asked how that could be because we had a signed offer and Jon said it wasn't signed? Why would a person say congrats if you didn't have it 100% . I spent the rest of the night holding my fiance and crying her eyes out in my arms. All because of our agent Jon not being a stand up guy and admiting it. And Mel foster don't care and either does Jon. Very sad there are people and companies like this in the world . So don't make the same mistake we did and choose a better realtor and company when planning for the future or if you want honestly and trustworthy and has morals"
