"Oak Helm has so great with the house. Even through Covid they cared. I have fixed up so much and enjoy showing them photos of what all has been done as I got a house that had sat for a long time and needed a lot of work and it has paid off the only thing they can't control is the nosey neighbor who no one can meet there high standards but they have at least 7 pets in the tiny little house with hardly any yard for the poor things but complain about everyone around them. She has no life so has been harassing everyone in the neighborhood for years even screaming at her dogs and mom . It's not right to treat people this way. She takes it on herself to enter others yards without permission and I have had to get cameras to protect myself from her. She complains about everyone and has done it online hiding behind LJ. I have been letting neighbors know who is causing all the problems in there life. When my mower broke sorry I couldn't cut the grass to your 2 inches quick enough. Fix your siding falling off your garage and give your dogs some room to run it's not fair. And stop watching everyone with your cameras facing their property it's none of your business even though you don't have a life."

"Do not enforce the contract they make people sign. The contract holder is not made to keep up the property. If they buy the house next door, you may end up living next to a dump. I live next to one of the properties they own. The city and county should be going after them for not enforcing the contract."

"When I was losing my first home they went beyond to help me out. I put a nice deposit down, unfortunately I had to move out of the area. Thinking I was binded by contract I would auto forfeit my down payment... No, they made sure I got it back. Stand up company."

"We purchased a home from them. Later found out there was a mold issue from the two previous owners. When we have the home back to them, the city made them update all the issues we had complained about before they could rent it. Honestly not a terrible company. Just writing recommend."
