When I asked, I was informed that the price was increased to launder slacks. I was never made aware of any price increase prior and would've not utilized your services having known this. "Do not use the Burke Cleaners on Eastern and East Kimberly. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning, a girl named Jess was really rude to me. Went in the back and I could hear her making snide comments about me. She also was rude to the gentleman in front of me. I called and reported her to her manager. Not sure what I did to be treated like that but I won’t be taking any dry cleaning to that Burke cleaners again."
"This is one of those places that doesn't have updated machines that can take a debit card, and you can't even use coins. They force you to buy their special laundry card and reload that. Their prices are high, and that's all the complaints I've got. It's clean, and there aren't any weirdos hanging around which is rare for a laundromat, but it's not worth it to me. I'm leaving and going back to the normal place where I can use my debit card"
