"Aaron is a very nice guy and a first-rate mechanic, but the people who "help" him run the shop are neither. One tried to hike the price for replacing a valve cover gasket by a couple hundred bucks (which Aaron overruled in the end); while the other, on a separate job, didn't bother letting me know Aaron was out with COVID (which meant no work was getting done); but said I could "cancel my appointment free of charge" (as if I'd pay to have my bike sit gathering dust). If you can somehow deal with Aaron directly, I highly recommend the experience. He knows what he's doing, he does solid work and loves working on bikes. As for the "response from the owner": - I was quoted something like $300 for the gasket first, which rose to something like $500 when I was about to pick up the bike; it was only when I asked what the extra charge was for that Aaron reverted to the original estimate; - I was rude because you were unprofessional: a one-mechanic garage with no mechanic is no garage; when you have no-one to work on bikes, you let people know as much so they can make alternate arrangements; - my original, 5-star review was for Aaron's skill alone (which is, as I said, 5-star-worthy); the adjusted review is for all three people "working" at the garage;"
"Great crew/shop. Really glad to find a local motorcycle shop that takes pride in their work. Super appreciate how quickly they go me and Charles back on the road too. Definitely the shop for bike."
"I took in my 01' Suzuki SV650 to have the tank cleaned, starter system diagnosed, and the carburetors rebuilt. Aaron explained everything to me and taught me a few more things about my bike that I didn't know. He even tightened up my chain when I mentioned it to him before leaving for no extra charge. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and quality work. The bike runs better than it ever has for me even at over 40K miles. Will definitely return for any more service I need in the future."
