"I was a consistent shopper at your store till your manger at 5 pm decided to accuse my daughter and myself of shoplifting. I was taking a picture of the bullfrog you had on sale because they were funny and your manager on duty decided to publicly humiliate us. I opened my purse to show her there was nothing inside ….. then I put my groceries on the store and walked out. Remember this …be careful who you accuse of wrongdoing. 1 unhappy person tells ten…. And then it spreads like wildfire. Be careful to judge people…you lose customers"
"I do love Food City for it's convenience and location. They have great sale prices and their Fuel Rewards system is AWESOME! YOU CAN SAVE 45¢/gallon sometimes!! That is unreal considering the price of gas these days! They also have day old bread and sweet treat racks. What a wonderful savings!! They also have 99¢ produce markdowns occasionally! I love a good deal!!"
"Mission ridge Rossville Ga store is frequently out of skim milk. I buy 2 gallon at. Time 2 to 3 times a week. They don't have any by Saturday night or Sunday am. Then by Wednesday they are out again. Apparently someone doesn't know how to stock correctly. Their stocking level is grocely insufficient. Some other areas are not stocked well either. Lot of empty holes before truck. I've complained to cashiers frequently but nothing ever changes."
