The store isn't cluttered like it was in the past and the store manager works. I mean really works. She is there every time I am and she is working. Great decision to bring in a new manager."
"Was there a couple of weeks ago and tripped over two crock pots that were in the floor. Fell into the gift card rack. Scraped my hand, injured my knee. The two employees that were standing there saw the whole thing take place. Neither of them were at all concerned, didn't ask me if I was ok. Even when I took my items to pay for them, the cashier didnt say anything to me. Other times I have been there, the guy that wears glasses has his ear buds in and is oblivious to everything. Doesnt wear a name tag. I will never return to this store again. Rude employees, store is always a mess. I'm glad food city finally opened back up."
"Long line, slow check out, had to wait while cashier found someone to get money from safe for change. Stock cart blocked aisles and person putting up stock (ultimately one who opened safe) made no offer to let anyone down the aisle and never spoke. Customer service is non existent."
