"The first day last Monday the 20th Mark and Joe started at 8 am . They argued till 7 pm and quit asking Rashad for more money . They never returned . I spent five of my own days scraping walls , removing shutters and gutters over the whole house . I spent two days cleaning up bags of chips because no tarps were down after they left . I had to test for lead and came back strong. I am still cleaning up chips and putting back up all of the shutters and gutters myself . When the scraping was done the priming started . Only the areas that was exposed was primed . My house looked like a patch job . No surface prep by sanding or pressure washing or sand blasting was done as my estimate paid for . I have spent now two weeks working on my own house while I paid Brick House to do the job themselves . Last two days Rashad showed up hungover from bouncing at the strip club . I texted and voiced my opinion for a complete coat of primer over my whole house . Ignored and didn’t happen . He came back with fiancé and son and touched up every wall showing gray or white through the new paint . Still have more spots to hit . No second coat as told would do and required by insurance. . The last paint on my house was back in 81 and built in 54 . It was peeling horribly . The rest of the estimates were over $20000 and his was $7850. I am very dissatisfied of his performance and having to work myself to do his job before and after the work was completed. A week later Mark returned for one of his ladders and still has one here . I can’t tell the insurance or my mortgage company that two coats of paint were put on to satisfy my coverage. As a Christian and self employed mechanic I wouldn’t recommend his company . Thank you Keith Brotzman Christian Car Care . There is no knowledge of lead paint abatement license or proper repair by them so my house must be done again correctly and legally . What a hack job !!!!!!! Now all calls and texts are blocked by Rashad and my house has to be stripped and prom d correctly to get paint to stick . When the two workers quit I should have sent them down the road !!!!!!!!!!!"
