"December 31 2023: VERY HAPPY with our new Carrier Furnace.. it has lowered our heating bill! Looking forward to installing our new A/C unit this spring. ********** I had service tech Jeremy come out today and service our air conditioners and install a new thermostat and he was professional and did a great job. Then, I had estimator Randall come out, and we discussed changing a almost 30-year-old furnace and installing a new AC unit that is out of date and old. Both guys were extremely honest and did not try to sell me on repairs I did not need. Very very impressed and happy that they are now doing my heating and air conditioning work."
