"My daughter was locked out of her car and she waited for an hour since they said they could have someone do it. Went ahead and charged my card the $144.44 to unlock the car. Thought it was a little high but I was two hours away and it was an emergency. When after waiting I get a text that “ sorry, we don’t have anybody. We will refund your money in 4-5 days” while my daughter is waiting and I can’t get ahold of her because her phone was also in the car."
