"The design was good and met our expectations. But design was a little lax in consultation regarding front door clearence with layout. Could have made alternate suggestion to rectify. Customer service was ok but was disappointed that once they were paid the owner never came to inspect the final work and the counter tops were subcontracted out to another contractor. Had hardware issue and was shorted. Also after the layout was completed the coordination between moving outlets and such was lacking causing multiple trips by the electrician resulting in additional charges unforseen. Overall very satisfied with the end result but could have been better coordinated."
