"We called to get furnace checked out for winter months, Jason came the next day. He was very professional and on time. Jason is our plumber / electrician from now on."

"I called for them to hook my ice and water hose to my new refrigerator, both hoses were laid out ready for him. When I came home to check on it. I am not getting any water out. And the metal coiled hose (labeled ice connector) is still sitting on my counter and the plastic hose that is connected to the fridge - there is no water coming out. My granddaughter told him before he left that it is not working, and he put a glass up to the dispenser and no water came out. She said he looked at it again and said, "hmm I don't know you should call the company you bought it from?" and left. I called them later and asked why they charged me 148.00 for doing nothing, there is still no water. He said they hooked the hose to the water line, but it is not coming out to the fridge and then told me he doesn't work on appliances, I said than why'd you take the job when I explained to you what I needed?!!! You come in do half the work, charge me and then leave so I have to pay someone else to finish your job?! WOW..."

"They helped me on a sunday night at 10 pm. No one was open besides them. They got my furnace running, but warned me of mutliple problems and chances of it breaking down again that night or anytime. It broke down again around 3 am. They were great enough to remove the broken one and install a new all in one day. Which was awesome becasue it being negative temp that night. They were polite, respectful, carefull of cabinets, refrigerator and dishwasher. Their pricing of service was good and the paperwork was easy to understand. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with furnace and especially if the person needs immediate help."
